With over 5 years experience working in the live, business and the production side of the industry, Alice founded HVC back in 2019. After spending the early stages of her career gigging in local venues as a soloist and within a band, she began her journey into learning music production, sound engineering and the legal side of the music industry. After a 6 month studio internship and jobs in both marketing and A&R, she went on to study business whilst continuing to grow recognition for the Hope Valley brand.

As a working musician, Alice is well placed to offer valuable industry advice to artists as well as strong creative direction and support with releases.

Victor Sonus is a musical visionary whose priority is to provide management, A&R, marketing, audio production,  and mixing services to our artists. His humble demeanour and tenacious desire to continuously improve his industry knowledge and craft, makes him a true asset to HVC. 

Having studied production and studio engineering, along with his 10+ years experience working in the music business, Sonus is well placed to offer our artists both career and creative advice.
